In 1974, Dennis Kelley founded Metropolitan Services with a few simple principles in mind – providing the customer with the highest standard of service, offering customers the best value for their money, attention to detail and consistent professionalism. These work ethics continue to be central to Otter Commercial Services, now expertly run by Dennis’ son, Matthew. It is a combination of these strong ethics and 46 years of customer satisfaction that has allowed Otter Commercial Services to grow into a company that proudly services over 1000 restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and other commercial food preparation facilities. Among these are The Benson Hotel, Port of Portland, Legacy Hospitals, McMenamins, Oregon Health Science University and Willamette Valley Country Club.
